- Designed and developed an online survey for Phase 1 of my thesis proposal to collect information regarding personal support workers and their occupational physical demands
- Constant communication with CBI Health to ensure full collaboration and that deadlines were met
- Submitted and obtained ethics approval for Phase 1 with a survey release date in February 2022
