• Leader of the fleet department, responsible for 6 regional coordinators, 25 supervisors, 70 fleet technicians and 50 service technicians.
• Control the budget by cost center and throughout the department.
• Develop and carry out safe work procedures for each activity,
• Design, implement and control indicators of service and industrial safety.
• Design and implement technical training plan to the department.
• Responsible for the control and administration of tire software designed by the company.
• Responsible for auditing the plan of maintenance, purchase and acquisition of equipment and tools.

• Responsible for designing, creating and implementing the OTR service department.
• Control of expenses and budgets.
• Develop safe work protocols for each activity, established in HSQ.
• Design, implement and control indicators of service and industrial safety.
• Responsible for the OTR tire training program at the company
• Support the technical service for clients of Ports, Agricultural, Mines and Infrastructure and Industry.

In charge of the fleet department in 3 regions (States)

• Keep the operation of fleets productive and in the budget parameters.
• Plan and coordinate activities of the personnel in charge. 40 (people).
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards.
• Follow-up control and purchase of tools and equipment for the activity.
• Responsible for service trucks and their personnel assigned to the regional.
• Support and guarantee the preparation and presentation of reports to each client.
• Follow-up to product tests.
• Prepare and present the monthly payroll of the personnel in charge.
