CMDSHFT is a music distribution company, working in customer service I gained experience dealing with customers, assisting them in everything they may need, from uploading music, editing and reformatting the tracks in order to comply with the streaming platforms rules, to designing covers for new hits, or fixing covers from old hits.

As part of the training with Ryanair I've learned firefighting techniques, all kinds of first aids, from CPR, to how to treat burns, even how to give birth on the airplane, also I've been trained as a life guard in case of emergency landing on water, or ditching, without forgetting about the training on sales and service and customer care, and synergy and teamwork and the psychological training on how to react in situations under high levels of stress and emergencies.
As a personal Dutch teacher I've been teaching language Dutch lessons to a variety of different students, adapting always the teachings to their personal needs, in order to help them obtain a real comprehension of the language and helping them aquire techniques that will help them keep learning on their own.

As a representative of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints I have learned to perform tasks such as contacting people in the streets and in their homes looking for prospects who need or want help to strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ, administrative tasks such as processing, saving, and update information, both of the people with whom we were already working as people with whom we had already worked and lost contact, such as new people who started working with us, also performing teleoperation or telecommunication tasks by contacting prospects via telephone, as well as the administration of social networks through which it is easier to help, attend, and meet the needs of people. It is also worth highlighting the tasks carried out for community service, maintenance of public and private property and property, repairs, removals, etc ... Something that I have really enjoyed this volunteering is the opportunity to have served in the Netherlands, country International with more foreigners than natives, which has allowed me to gain a better understanding and knowledge of other cultures, such as Brazil, Ghana, Indonesia, El Salvador, United States, among more than 200 countries.
